Broth is always delicious and appetizing. Many people prefer to eat broth as the first hot dish and that's right. After all, this is a kind of soup, healthy and dietary. You can serve the broth with herbs, with crackers, with pieces of boiled meat, with boiled egg. This recipe is another option for a delicious serving of healthy broth with turkey meatballs.

1. Turkey fillet is washed under running water. Then cut into cubes arbitrarily. We pass the fillet through a meat grinder. We use a fine strainer.

2. Peel the garlic from the husk, pass it through the press. Spread in minced meat. You can grate the garlic on a fine grater, but it's a little longer in time.

3. Break the chicken egg into a bowl, shake it with a fork. We put it in a bowl with minced meat.

4. Here we also pour breadcrumbs, mix the minced meat well. It is necessary that the ingredients "make friends" well with each other.

5. Grate the parmesan on a fine grater, send it into minced meat. Salt and pepper it to taste. Mix thoroughly again.

6. With wet hands, we form small balls from minced meat. We spread them on the work surface.

7. Pour chicken broth into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.

8. Put the meatballs in the boiling broth, cook until they float to the surface, about 5 minutes.

9. Spinach and thyme are washed, put in a saucepan with broth. Season with salt to taste. When the greens become soft, remove the pan from the heat.

10. We lay out the broth with meatballs in portions, decorate with a piece of lemon if desired. Also sprinkle a little grated Parmesan.

Bon appetit!
