Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

Recently, a friend of mine asked me to help organize a children's party for her daughter, or to be more precise, to become a chef. In addition to the main dishes, I made a very delicious dessert of pears. It was my first experience of cooking this food, and I can say that it was a success! For those who can't wait to cook this dish themselves, I share a culinary recipe.

We start by peeling the washed pears from the skin, removing the core and putting it in a saucepan, Now mix syrup, port wine, granulated sugar and lemon juice and pour this mass of prepared pears. Then put the pan on a small fire and cook the contents of the pan for about 5-7 minutes. Now melt the chocolate, mix it with cream and nuts. After that, remove the pears from the mass in which they were boiling, cool and fill with a chocolate-cream mixture. When all the pears are stuffed, we put them on a dish and serve them to the table. Do not worry, despite the fact that alcohol is used in the recipe, it is absolutely harmless to children, because it only gives a specific flavor to the dessert.
