Let the dried fruits be not bright in color and nondescript in appearance, this will indicate that the product is natural. Dried apricots are thoroughly washed under running water or changing the water several times.

    Put dried apricots in a saucepan, pour clean cold water. We put a saucepan with dried apricots on the fire.
