Frozen berry wine at home

Quick and easy homemade wine made from frozen berries! Delicious! . Of course, this is not a wine in its classical sense, but a real tincture. But who knows what they sell us in the store under the guise of wine. Therefore, I am for such homemade wine with both hands - a little bit and in good company... why not?!

1. Defrost the berries and put them in a jar. Put the peeled and coarsely chopped ginger and sliced chili pepper in the same place. Pour alcohol, mix and close. Put it in a dark place with room temperature for 2 weeks, you can stay longer. Shake the jar occasionally.
2. Strain the infusion through double gauze. Boil the syrup from the water and fructose. Cool it down. Mix the syrup and infusion, mix well and let the homemade wine with a wonderful aroma stand for at least a couple of days in the refrigerator.
Such a quick and simple wine has a very pleasant taste. Alcohol is almost not felt (and the strength is about 35%). Therefore, I recommend to monitor the volume of alcohol consumed and, moreover, not to use everything in one person.
Enjoy!
