The salad is light, refreshing, tender, without garlic and mayonnaise, pleasant to the taste. Suitable for any occasion, as an independent dish or side dish. This salad was prepared for the first time. My family and I really liked it. Served as a side dish to baked meat. Even those who don't like carrots will definitely appreciate this salad.

Prepare salads only from fully chilled foods. Cooked from warm, the salad can quickly deteriorate.

Keep in mind that the final result in this dish also depends on how you chop the carrots: grated carrots will turn into mush during heat treatment and mix evenly with the rest of the ingredients, cut into strips or cubes will retain their shape.
