Radish with sour cream salad

Simple, quick and very tasty salad. Just a storehouse of vitamins! A delicious salad with an invigorating and fresh taste, very healthy. I cook it for dinner quite often, sometimes I experiment, adding corn, then herbs, then spices. But just with sour cream, it is no worse. Try it!

1. Wash the radish, peel it off.

2. Grate the root vegetables on a coarse grater.

3. Add salt, stir.

4. Put sour cream in the radish, mix.

The salad is ready and you can serve it to the table. You can cool it in the refrigerator before serving.
