Salad dressing without mayonnaise spinach sauce

Universal sauce for salads, fish and meat dishes. I am very partial to different kinds of sauces. I prepared this sauce for the salad with cheese and dried tomatoes invented the day before. I needed a mild sauce with a bright taste of greens. There was a bunch of fresh spinach in the refrigerator for a long time, so I decided to use it for the sauce. Salad dressing without mayonnaise went very well with my salad, but its taste qualities are also perfect for meat and fish dishes, as well as as a sauce for pasta.
