To prepare this original and very spicy snack of emerald color, you will need green tomatoes - tomatoes of special varieties, which even after they ripen, retain their green color. It is better to choose a variety so that the tomatoes taste sweet, not sour. We also take green peppers.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks, cut into large pieces and chop with a blender (or you can turn them through a meat grinder). Add salt.

Peel and grate horseradish on a coarse grater, finely chop the peeled garlic or grate it too. Add them to the tomatoes.

Remove the stems and seeds from the washed peppers and finely chop them. If you want the snack to be as spicy as possible, you can leave the seeds. Add the chopped peppers to the tomatoes and horseradish, mixing thoroughly.

Green tomatoes with horseradish are ready for winter! You can put it in sterilized jars, then close them tightly with lids and store them in the refrigerator.
