1. My chicken fillet, cut into large pieces, put in a saucepan, pour water, send it to the fire and bring to a boil, continue to cook until the meat is ready. 

2. Peel the ginger, cut it finely. Garlic arrows are cut coarsely.

3. Heat the peanut butter, add the chopped ginger, fry stirring for 2 minutes. Then we put it in the broth, pour wine and soy sauce, add white pepper.

4. When the soup boils again, add mushrooms and garlic arrows, cook for 5-10 minutes, then remove from the heat. 

We arrange the soup in portions and serve it on the table.
