Pickled wood mushrooms

Find out an interesting way to pickle mushrooms. Marinated wood mushrooms can be served with potatoes, rice and other side dishes. Mushrooms are pickled quickly enough, which is very profitable. From the specified amount of dried mushrooms, not a full half-liter jar is obtained.

Cooking method

1. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, fill with cold water (1L), leave to swell for 3 hours, then throw them into a colander and wash them under running water.

2. The prepared wood mushrooms are boiled in boiling water for 15 minutes. 

3. To prepare the marinade, pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, add pepper, cloves, vinegar and salt, mix.

4. Put the mushrooms in the boiling marinade, cook for 15 minutes, then remove them with a slotted spoon.

Ready-made pickled mushrooms can be eaten immediately.
