How to make a salad with smoked chicken and grapes? The rich taste of smoked chicken, sweet ripe grapes and crispy celery combine in this salad so harmoniously that the dish will surely fall into your favorites and stay in the cookbook for a long time. It can be prepared as a snack or a second course, it can become a full-fledged dinner, such a salad is also suitable for serving to guests. They will surely be pleasantly surprised by this unusual dish.

First of all, prepare all the products so that cooking is easy and fast in the future:

- cut the smoked chicken into medium-sized pieces. Their shape can be arbitrary - it can be cubes or cubes. In general, we focus on our own taste in this matter;

- wash the celery stalks, dry them from excess moisture with a paper towel and cut into small pieces;

- wash and dry the grapes. It is best to choose sweet ripe grapes without seeds, but you can also use them, only in this case all the seeds will have to be removed manually. Otherwise, the dish will not be very edible. Cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds if necessary;
-wash the green onion, dry it and chop it finely.

Everything is ready and you can proceed directly to the preparation of the salad, for which add the specified amount of mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (of course, it should be sugar-free), lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed), Dijon mustard, freshly ground black pepper to a beautiful salad bowl. Mix everything well until smooth.

Next, put the chopped chicken, celery pieces and prepared grapes in a salad bowl. Add two-thirds of the chopped green onions. Mix everything well. Taste for salt and add it if necessary, mix again.

The salad is ready and it remains to spread it on serving plates, sprinkling the remains of green onions on top. When serving, you can supplement the salad with fresh lettuce leaves.
