1. We clean the aspen trees: using a sharp knife, we remove the top layer from the legs, we do not clean the hats. Cut the prepared mushrooms, and then wash thoroughly under running water.

2. Then we put the aspen leaves in a saucepan, fill it with water, send it to the fire. When the water boils, add salt, cook the mushrooms for 40 minutes from the moment of boiling. In the process of cooking, be sure to remove the foam.

3. We put the boiled mushrooms in a colander to drain the liquid, and also rinse with cold water.

4. We lay out the aspen trees in plastic containers, then wrap them in a bag and send them to the freezer, preferably not to the meat and fish department.
