Marmalade with agar agar

Please the children with homemade sweets! Simple and delicious! Everyone knows how much children love sweets, mine are no exception. I try to cook treats at home to the maximum, so as to stuff the children with chemistry less. I offer one of the universal recipes for making homemade marmalade, which can be given even to the smallest. You can cook with any juice, but I describe the process of making marmalade from orange juice.

The first task is to squeeze the juice out of oranges. Do it any way you like. At the output of the specified amount, 400 ml of juice should be obtained.

Combine most of the orange juice (about 300 g) with agar-agar, leave for half an hour.

Then combine the rest of the juice with sugar and heat over fire, bringing to a boil. Here, add the juice with agar-agar and bring the mass to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes.

Remove the mass from the heat, let it stand for about 10 minutes, pour into molds. When the marmalade becomes room temperature, send it to the refrigerator.

You can eat in a couple of hours, carefully removing the marmalades, but it is better to endure for a couple of days, leaving the delicacy at room temperature.
