1. Mix cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns, cumin, coriander, cloves, cumin, nutmeg in a mortar. We grind those spices that are in the form of whole grains.
2. Garam masala, as well as the prepared spice mixture, pour into a saucepan, pour water and, bringing to a boil, keep on fire for 1 minute, then add black tea and boil for another 1 minute.
3. Pour in the milk, pour in the sugar and add the bay leaves. Boil for 1 minute.
4. Filter the resulting drink through a sieve.
