    In a bowl, combine olive oil, orange juice, liquid honey and a pinch of pepper. Whisk everything with a fork or whisk until smooth.

    Prepare the rest of the salad ingredients. Rinse the greens thoroughly and dry them. You can use any greens. I have a bunch of arugula and a few sprigs of basil. You can replace these greens with a ready-made salad mixture, as well as with fresh spinach or other herbs to taste.

    Disassemble the pomegranate into grains.

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone. Peel each half and cut into slices. I cut in semicircles - this is how avocado looks beautiful in a salad. It is important to peel avocados in this order. After all, avocado contains essential oils and after peeling the fruit becomes slippery. When cutting it in half, you can cut yourself.

    Put arugula and basil on a dish, you can tear large leaves with your hands. Spread the avocado and orange slices on top. Sprinkle the salad with pomegranate seeds, pistachios and crumbled cheese. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!

The salad can not be spread on a dish, but mix everything in a salad bowl, pour the dressing and mix gently.

You can replace the cheese with another cheese to taste. Greek feta, Adyghe cheese, is perfect with this mozzarella salad, especially if you buy it in mini balls. Dry cheeses like parmesan or Goya are also quite suitable here.

You can also add to the salad a few pitted olives, chopped Bulgarian pepper in small pieces.

The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
