Fruit salad with Peking cabbage apples and pomegranates

Peking cabbage fits in this salad very organically. The other day I found an interesting purple cabbage in the store and quickly came up with what you can cook with it. Here is the first recipe: fruit salad. Oddly enough, the neutral taste of cabbage goes very well not only with various salty dishes, but also with sweet ones.
