Now, at any time of the year, you can buy good quality vegetables and fruits, so give preference to small cucumbers with a large number of pupyreshek and with a pronounced smell of freshness. Take sour cream of any fat content, depending on your taste: with 10% the salad will be easier, with 30% it will be more satisfying.

    Wash cucumbers well. If you have store-bought vegetables, it is best to use a special brush and a means for washing vegetables and fruits. Store-bought vegetables are treated with different gases and paraffin, so all this must be washed off.

    Cut off the cucumbers' butts. Cut it into half circles. In principle, you can use any kind of slicing from thin circles to small cubes - it does not affect the taste in any way.

    Wash the greens well, be sure to dry them, otherwise it will stick to the knife. Chop the greens in any convenient way. I've been using kitchen scissors for this lately- it's very convenient. I also want to note that it absolutely does not have to be dill - any fresh greens will do. Maybe you prefer cilantro and parsley, and for someone the ideal greens will be green onions or arugula. Choose according to your taste!

    Combine dill, cucumbers, add chopped garlic. I prefer to grate garlic on a fine grater, but you can chop it with a knife or pass it through a press. In the absence of fresh garlic, garlic powder can also be used. At this stage, you can also add your favorite spices and seasonings to the salad. Someone will prefer to pepper such a salad, and someone, on the contrary, add sweet paprika.

    Season the salad with sour cream, preferably thick, homemade. In the absence of sour cream, you can take a light yogurt, for example Greek. Or simply fill with mayonnaise. Check the salad for salt, - add salt to taste.
