Pork pancake filling

Juicy meat filling for pancakes - it doesn't taste better! Pancakes at our house are often - and with sweet filling, and with salty. My husband loves pancakes with minced meat, the recipe of which I share with you. I cook this filling more often than pancakes, since I use it both for pies and for aspic pies. Make sure to cook - it turns out very tasty!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

First you need to boil the pork:
- wash the meat, remove excess fat and all the films;
- cut the meat into pieces of about 3-4 cm, put it in a saucepan;
- add allspice, bay leaves, cloves, salt;
- peel 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic, rinse, put it to the meat (without slicing);
- fill the meat with water and boil for 45 minutes (immediately over high heat, and when the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum), do not forget to remove the foam;
- 15 minutes before cooking, add salt and ground black pepper to the broth.

Peel the remaining onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until soft and slightly golden.

Pass the meat and fried onions through a meat grinder, setting a medium-sized grill. Pour a little (50 ml) of the broth in which the meat was cooked into the resulting minced meat, mix. If the minced meat is too dry, add a little more broth.

Season the minced meat with ground nutmeg (optional) and ground black pepper.

Now cook pancakes and treat the family!
