Healthy salad for everyone, it is prepared quickly and simply! The recipe is very useful, since it contains all natural products. Prunes, dried apricots, beets and nuts are very useful for the digestive system. Mayonnaise, if desired, can be made by yourself or completely replaced with white yogurt or low-fat sour cream, this is at the discretion of everyone. Heat treatment is minimal.
