Farfalle with chicken fillet, pine nuts and pesto

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

1. Boil the chicken fillet, wait until it cools down a little. Cut into medium-sized pieces.

2. Place the pine nuts in a dry frying pan and fry until golden brown.

3. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

5. Preparing the sauce: put cilantro, parsley, basil, grated cheese, chopped garlic in a blender bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and roasted pine nuts. Whisk everything together.

6. Boil the fartalle in salted water (or any other paste) according to the manufacturer's recommendations indicated on the package. Drain the water into a bowl and set aside, do not pour it out.

7. Add chicken pieces to the pasta, the resulting sauce, a little water in which the fartals were boiled. Mix it up.

8. Put pasta with sauce on serving plates, sprinkle with olive oil, garnish with herbs.
