Marinade for red fish

We choose a small glass container in which we finely chop the garlic.
Add sugar, sesame seeds, pour soy sauce and olive oil, mix. Now you will need to pour the resulting marinade over the fish (weighing 0.5 kg or a little more) and leave it to marinate for at least 60 minutes, or preferably several hours.
