Delicious fried honey mushrooms will become a signature dish on the table! The smell of mushrooms evokes wonderful memories of the forest, the search for mushrooms, the sun and the smell of leaves. Words cannot express how much we love mushrooms! I didn't think that frozen honey mushrooms could give such aromas and taste. A simple and clear recipe, and mushrooms can be served both cold - as a snack, and warm - as a second course.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

Before cooking, the mushrooms should be thoroughly rinsed under running water and boiled. Boiled mushrooms are cut in any order, small ones can be left whole.

Peel, wash and cut the onion into not very thin half rings. Fry the onion in a hot frying pan until light golden brown.

Turn down the heat and add the mushrooms to the onion, fry until cooked over low heat for about thirty-five minutes. If mushrooms are needed as a sauce, then you can add water during frying, season with pepper and salt to taste.

While the mushrooms are frying, chop the greens for decoration. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, garnish with herbs and serve.

Bon appetit!
