Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a fruit cocktail? Prepare the ingredients. According to taste and desire, the composition of fruits can be changed depending on the season or preferences.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In addition to fruits, I added some berries: strawberries, sea buckthorn, raspberries, gooseberries, black currants and cherries to diversify the taste of the cocktail. They really made it very bright and juicy, with a pleasant refined aftertaste. But you can not add them, the drink will still be delicious.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Banana is needed for the sweetness and tenderness of the drink. Wash and clean it, then cut it into pieces. Put it in a blender.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Take apples of the sweet variety as well. Wash them, peel them, cut them into quarters. Cut out the core, cut the pulp into pieces. Send the sliced apples into the blender bowl to the banana. Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into several pieces. Also put it in a blender.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Berries can be used both fresh and frozen, after defrosting them. Send the berries to the fruit blender.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

At medium speed, use a blender to grind all the fruit and berry contents into a homogeneous puree.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour milk into the blender bowl. You can use it of any fat content, or you can not add it at all if you want the drink to be less caloric. Just replace it then with cold boiled water. But with milk, the drink, of course, turns out to be more tender and pleasant to the taste.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

If desired, you can add sugar. But to my taste, all the ingredients are very sweet, and the drink turns out sweet without the use of additional sugar. Instead of sugar, you can use honey to make the drink even more useful, unless, of course, you are allergic to this product. Whisk the cocktail again for a couple of minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve it to the table. Before serving, it is better to send the cocktail to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to cool, then it will be even tastier and more pleasant to taste.
