    Mustard on brine.

We pick up an empty, clean jar for our homemade mustard. Pour the dry mustard mixture and sugar into it, pouring it with cabbage brine until it acquires the desired density. We seal the jar, then put it in a warm corner, next to a source of not too strong heat.

Mustard in brine is infused for 8 hours. If you leave it overnight, you can avoid a painful wait. At the end of the infusion, add vegetable oil and leave it for storage on the refrigerator shelf. If excess liquid is detected, which has risen above the thick mass, we drain it.
