I want to share with you a culinary recipe for sour sauce, which is ideally suitable for fish dishes. The food under this sauce is endowed with specifically unique taste qualities and subtle aroma. Preparing the sauce is quick and easy. It is also well suited for roasting meat.
To begin with, cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes. Mushrooms mushrooms finely chop with a knife.
We only need yolks from eggs, we chop them with a fork or you can grate them on a grater. In the crushed egg yolks, add finely chopped onion and parsley, sprinkle everything with lemon juice, vegetable oil, vinegar. We mix all this. Then add sugar, salt, a mixture of peppers and you can also add a variety of seasonings – this is at your discretion. All of the above is whipped to get a homogeneous mass. Add cucumbers and mushrooms and mix everything again.
You can also use cream instead of vegetable oil, it turns out very tasty too.
Pour the finished sauce into a saucepan and decorate the top with a sprig of parsley or basil leaves.
Sour sauce is ready!
Bon appetit!
