Canned herring apple salad is one of those that are prepared simply, but decorate any festive table. His culinary recipe was told to me by a friend who likes to eat delicious food, but does not like to mess around with cooking for a long time. I drain the liquid from the can into a separate container, and carefully put the fish in an oval salad bowl so as not to damage the pieces. I rub the washed and peeled apple with a coarse grater, and then I clean, wash and chop the onion very finely. I mix onions and apples, season with sugar and salt, vinegar and extract liquid from canned food. Here is the salad dressing and ready! I pour it over the food, and decorate it with chopped greens on top. It's hard to think of anything simpler and tastier, at least in the few minutes that the food is being prepared. Sometimes, instead of canned food, I use peeled herring fillets or pieces of herring, from those that are sold in abundance in various marinades. It is also very tasty and greatly diversifies the diet.
