Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To prepare this recipe, you can take ready-made kupats from the store, but I have prepared kupats from the freezer prepared in advance. It's really not that difficult to cook them, the main thing is to find pre-cleaned intestines! Then we cut the meat and fat into small cubes, chop the garlic, add spices, salt, a pinch of sugar and with the help of a special nozzle for a meat grinder we form small sausages! You can store it in the freezer at -18 for 6 months!

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

For the sauce, mix sour cream, tomato paste, spices, salt, squeeze garlic through a press

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Peel the potatoes, wash them under running water, cut the small one lengthwise into 4 parts, and the large one into 8 parts

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

We close the lower part of the sleeve with a special clip, add potatoes, sauce and kupaty (to prepare this recipe, I took half of the finished kupaty from the specified number of products). Mix everything well right in the sleeve

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the potatoes are ready, it took me 45 minutes, but be guided by your oven

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

The potatoes turned out to be crumbly, beautiful, soaked in the aroma of sausages! We serve it with herbs and fresh vegetables!

The most difficult thing in this recipe for me was to have time to take pictures! Try to cook, it's very simple and delicious, honestly!
