Caprese salad with mozzarella basil and tomatoes

A simple and elegant salad comes from Italy! What interesting goodies I sometimes find. Some of them I write down in my "cooking notebook", as I call it. One of the entries in a couple of lines describes a caprese salad. The caprese salad recipe is such that you can't tell much about it, read and do it, it's not demanding at all.
