Cooking method

Cooking time: 6 h

1. Knead the dough.

Rub eggs with sugar, add softened butter, pour in milk. Add salt and soda (slaked), sift flour, knead elastic dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts (focusing on the diameter of the pan), roll out thinly and fry on both sides under a closed lid in a dry frying pan. Ready-made cakes are trimmed at the edges.

2. Prepare the cream.
Bring the milk to a boil. Eggs are ground with sugar, injected into boiling milk (eggs should curdle, this is normal). Remove the mass from the fire, let it cool down. In the well-cooled milk, we introduce softened butter, whisk until the mass doubles, then we mix condensed milk and vanillin.

3. We smear the cakes (and the top one too), assemble the cake, chop the trimmings and sprinkle them on the sides of the cake. Decorate the top with peanuts.

Let the culinary masterpiece soak in the refrigerator (4 hours minimum) and proceed to the tea party!
