The culinary recipe ideal for picnics in nature – Salad in lavash – refers to the dishes of Greek cuisine. The beauty of such food is that you can take it with you, as I said, out of town or to work and eat it like a regular sandwich. In other words, it is an excellent "mobile food", a very useful "snack" for a hard working day. Prepare it in advance, and a pleasant lunch at work will be guaranteed to you.
Peel cucumbers, then cut into cubes together with tomatoes. It's the same with Feta cheese – cut into cubes. Pour olive oil into a deep bowl, add pepper and salt, squeeze out garlic, mix. Now we put tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, olives cut into four parts and lettuce leaves torn into small pieces by our hands. Mix again. We cut two pita bread in half – we get 4 portions. We fill each piece with salad and wrap it in a tube. The most important thing is to do this before serving, so that the pita bread does not soften.
