Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

1. The liver is thoroughly washed under running water, then we remove the film from it (if the liver is frozen, it needs to be thawed beforehand, but I prefer to buy fresh).

2. Put the liver in a bowl and pour milk, leave to soak for half an hour.

3. Now we put the offal in a saucepan, pour water, pour salt and add bay leaf. We send the pan to the fire and bring it to a boil.

4. From the moment of boiling, the liver is cooked for 35-40 minutes. To check the product for readiness, it is enough to pierce the liver with a knife - if a reddish liquid flows out, you need to cook more, if it is light, the liver is ready.

You can serve the liver with your favorite side dish or just with a salad of vegetables.

Bon appetit!
