    How to make homemade ice cream from banana and milk? Prepare the products. Choose ripe, strong bananas. Be sure to wash them before cleaning them. Then cut into small pieces (bananas and milk are usually taken in a ratio of 2 to 1, for two parts of peeled bananas, one part of milk, but the proportions can be changed to your liking).

    Put the sliced bananas in a container and send them to the freezer for at least three hours, preferably overnight. It is not necessary to use a container, you can put banana circles in a bag, arrange them in one layer, so they will freeze faster and will not stick to each other.

    After the time has elapsed, remove the bananas from the freezer and, without defrosting, place them in the bowl of a blender. Add milk to the same place. You can add vanilla to taste.

    Beat bananas with milk for 2-3 minutes until smooth. In principle, you can already use ice cream in this form, or you can freeze it a little more, you can also decide to taste it. I decided to freeze.

    Put the mass in a container and send it to the freezer for a couple of hours. After the specified time, take out the ice cream, divide into portions, decorate to your liking. I decorated it with mint leaves, ground roasted peanuts and crushed bitter chocolate. All this together is delicious and healthy! Enjoy your meal!

I really like such recipes in which all the ingredients are useful, there is no excess fat and sugar and unhealthy ways of processing products, and when the result is also a delicious dish, it is doubly pleasant! You can use any kind of milk - almond, coconut, lactose-free. Ice cream turns out to be moderately sweet, in my opinion, sugar is not needed here — the sweetness of a banana is enough. If you want a sweeter one, choose very ripe bananas. If you want to be fatter, replace the milk with cream. But for my taste, nothing needs to be changed.  I'm definitely going to make this ice cream again. I want to experiment — add some strawberries or raspberries to the bananas. In general, I recommend it to everyone! Delicious ice cream without extra calories, harm to health and figure! Invigorates and refreshes — what you need on a hot summer day!  And it will not take much time to prepare.

It is very convenient to make labels on packages with home freezing, where to indicate what is frozen and when (write with a pencil, since ink from the pen may leak). So you will surely know the shelf life and easily find what you need in a full freezer.
