There are a lot of smoothie recipes. You can choose any one to your taste and depending on the purpose for which this drink is prepared, for example, for weight loss or just for a light and delicious snack. If a smoothie is prepared as a snack for those who watch their figure, then, of course, kefir for it should be taken with a low fat content.

The second main component of a smoothie in addition to kefir should be vegetables, not fruits and berries containing a large amount of sugar. Sugar and salt must be excluded from the ingredients for smoothies. If you still want the drink to be sweet, then you can, in addition to berries and fruits, add a teaspoon of honey to it as an alternative to sugar.
The simplest smoothie recipe, which to a greater extent can be called a delicacy, consists of kefir and any fruits, berries. This smoothie can be served for breakfast or as a dessert, especially children will appreciate it.

Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces, put them in a blender bowl, wash the apple, cut out the core with seeds, if the peel is rough, remove it, cut it into pieces and send it to the banana in a bowl. Add raspberries, strawberries. We grind everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Add a teaspoon of honey (if there are no contraindications to its use in food), pour kefir. Once again, whisk everything with a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

To make the drink look more beautiful when served, berry syrup can be applied to the walls of the glass in streams before kefir is added to it. And then pour a smoothie into this container. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top, it will give a pleasant taste to the drink and decorate with fresh berries. If desired, chocolate can be replaced with cocoa powder or ground coffee.
The smoothie is ready. We serve it to the table.
Bon appetit!
