How to make a salad with squid and crab sticks and cucumber? The most difficult thing in the preparation of this salad is the preparation of squid. Depending on the purchased type, they can be white or purple, if the squid is purple, wash off the top film with warm water, just wash the white ones.
There is a chitinous plate in squid, we remove it (just grope and pull it out).  Having prepared the squid, we proceed to their heat treatment.Boil the water with the addition of salt. Reduce the heat to a minimum, lower the squid, wait a minute and turn off the fire. You should not cook longer, otherwise the squid will become too tough. Leave the squid in boiling water under a closed lid for 10 minutes, then drain the water and let them cool.

Hard-boil the eggs, then immediately pour cold water and leave to cool completely.

While the squid and eggs are cooling, cut the crab sticks. Cut each lengthwise and cut into strips diagonally to make beautiful long stripes. Wash the cucumbers, dry them and also cut into strips.

Peel the eggs from the shell, cut them according to the same principle as the previous products. Cut off the tails of the calamari that have had time to cool down and cut them into strips diagonally. Cut the carcass lengthwise into several parts and also cut into strips. If you manage to cut all the ingredients the same, the salad will not only be delicious, but also beautiful.

Drain the liquid from the canned corn, and add the corn itself to the salad. Season with salt and ground black pepper, the amount depends on personal taste preferences. Season with mayonnaise, mix well. It is advisable to cover the salad with a lid or a film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the cooked products cool down well. Serve, topping each portion with a lettuce leaf.

Bon appetit!

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

How to cook hard-boiled eggs? So that the eggs do not crack when cooking, put them in cold water and put them to cook on a small fire. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and cool. From a sharp temperature drop, the shell will be better cleaned.

How to buy canned corn correctly? Be sure to check the expiration date on the jar. If the container is glass, carefully consider the grains. They should be the same size and color, solid and spotless. The composition should not contain dyes, preservatives and flavor enhancers.
