Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

Pour yogurt into a bowl, add sour cream, salt, soda, break an egg, pour olive oil, mix. Here we sift the flour, knead the dough. The finished dough is collected in a bun, lubricated with olive oil, covered with a napkin, set aside for a while.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, put them in a saucepan, pour water, salt and put them to cook.

While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onion, cut it very finely, then fry in melted butter.

Check the potatoes for readiness, drain the water, add warmed milk and butter. We crush potatoes in mashed potatoes. In the finished puree, add the fried onion, mix. The filling is ready!

Divide the dough into small pieces, roll out into cakes 1 cm thick. We spread the filling on top of the tortillas, and the edges are beautifully pinched. We spread the baked goods on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Break the eggs into a bowl, shake, add sour cream, mix. Lubricate the products with sour cream and egg mixture.

We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes).

The cakes are ready, you can taste them.

Bon appetit!
