Cooking a fruit canape is very simple and even exciting. Small family members will surely be happy to join this pleasant process.

So, we prepare the ingredients and skewers in advance, as well as the decor, for example, in the form of beads. Or you can already immediately take beautiful decorated skewers.

Peel the peaches, cut into cubes of about 1.5-2 cm on the side. In the cold season, you can take canned peaches, but they will also need to be peeled. And it is necessary that they are dense, harsh, not falling apart into a mess. Cubes of peaches are carefully put in a bowl.

Pineapples are cleaned, cut into pieces commensurate with peaches. We put the pineapple cubes in another bowl.

Prepare cranberries, also putting it in a separate bowl. Cranberries are better to take fresh, but if they are frozen, they need to be taken out of the freezer in advance so that they defrost naturally.

Peel the kiwi by cutting off a thin layer of skin. Cut the pulp into cubes of the same size as all the other ingredients. We also put them in a separate bowl. We do this very carefully. You can leave the sliced kiwi pieces directly on the cutting board.

Let's move on to the most interesting stage - stringing fruits on skewers: first we plant cranberries, piercing it neatly in the center, then a piece of kiwi, then a peach, the last lower piece will be pineapple.

Ready-made canapes are placed on a beautiful wide dish. If desired, we decorate, for example, with fresh berries, mint sprigs, physalis, etc.

Bon appetit and happy holidays!
