Curd chocolate balls with dried apricots and nuts

Incredibly delicious and healthy dessert! Easy to prepare. I offer a stunning treat that your children will surely appreciate. These are curd balls in chocolate with dried apricots and nuts. Very tasty and healthy. I especially recommend it to parents whose children do not eat cottage cheese in its pure form - they will definitely not feel it here, but they will eat a healthy product with pleasure!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min

1. Pour dried apricots with hot water to soften. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk (only if the cottage cheese is dry!), sugar (adjust sugar to taste) and softened butter, carefully grind everything with a fork.
3. Drain the water from the bowl with dried apricots, and send it to the blender bowl itself. We also add nuts here, chop them. Then we send the crushed ingredients to the curd mass, mix thoroughly again.
4. We form curd balls, put them on a tray or on any dish and send them to the freezer for an hour and a half.
5. In a water bath, we melt our favorite chocolate (mine is black) and dip each ball into it. Sprinkle coconut shavings on top.

We send the finished delicacy to the refrigerator to solidify the chocolate for half an hour.

Enjoy yourself and treat your family!
