Pike caviar with butter

Fish snack for sandwiches. Unique taste! I really love fish and everything related to it. It's a pity that my husband is not a fisherman) But it's not scary - we buy fresh river fish and sea ice cream. And also, on occasion, I pamper myself with caviar, which I cook at home. I love pike - a real delicacy. I share my secret recipe with you, I hope someone will like this delicacy.

We spread the pike caviar on a strainer, pour boiling water over it. Then we separate the veins and all the films. This can be done with the help of a suitable sieve, through which the eggs pass, and everything unnecessary remains. Or beat the caviar with a fork - the films will wind on it.

Let the water drain from the caviar. Then we put the caviar in a beautiful bowl. Add salt to taste, and also season with vegetable oil. Mix everything together.
