  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

You need a pretty powerful blender, so if you don't have one, just take almond flour instead of nuts.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Chop dates in a blender, after removing the bones from them. By the way, if a date stone is turned into flour and added to drinking water, then the strength becomes many times more. This is relevant for chronic fatigue, anemia, apathy... that is, everyone.

    Step 10.

Add cashews and mint to the blueberry paste and chop as thinly as possible.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Add coconut milk and continue with the blender.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Bring the cream to maximum uniformity.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Put the cream on the almond-date layer and smooth it out.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

    Garnish with mint and berries.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

    Let it brew a little.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Remove the ring - and you can treat yourself to a healthy, natural and not a bit harmful cake.

Have fun!
P.S. Such cakes can be frozen and folded in several layers. That is, the usual alternation of at least three cakes for such a cake is also real. Adjust the thickness of the cream with the amount of coconut milk. Too liquid cream flows and does not look so beautiful. if you do not have a blender, such a cake is easily prepared using a conventional meat grinder. Just pass the necessary ingredients through the smallest grate several times, and everything will work out.
