Fruit canape

Colorful summer miracle! A very light, delicious dessert. I really like to receive guests, especially because I can once again surprise my friends and relatives with something new, unusual, cook some interesting food. I pay special attention to fruits, because it is inconvenient to serve them whole, and it is not always aesthetically pleasing to cut them into arbitrary pieces. After a little reflection and weighing all the pros and cons, I realized that the ideal option would be to prepare fruit canapes according to an uncomplicated culinary recipe. How to make dessert? I'll tell you now.

We take the above fruits (the number and varieties of fruits you can change at your discretion and the tastes of your guests) and carefully wash them in running water. Then dry them well with a clean kitchen towel. Then pears and peaches are freed from the pits and cut into cubes about 2x2 centimeters in size. Bananas and kiwi are also cut into small pieces, commensurate with cubes of pears and peaches. Now we take skewers (they can be wooden or plastic, ordinary or with decorations) and string pieces of fruit on them, alternating them at our discretion. Have a nice, sweet appetite!
