Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare all the necessary products. Pay special attention to the choice of soy sauce. Now there are a lot of cheap fakes of this product in stores, but you choose naturally cooked soy sauce. Even better, if you take soy sauce, which is used for making marinades - it can be heat-treated.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Pour soy sauce into a small bowl. We will need only juice from lemon, so you can use ready-made factory-made lemon juice - we will need 3 tablespoons of it. If you decide to squeeze the juice directly from the lemon, pre-wash it with hot water - so the lemon will give more juice, and also use a small sieve so that the bones do not get into the marinade.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add a little pepper. I use a mixture of hot ground peppers, but it can be any one pepper. In addition, you can add some of your favorite seasonings: I really like fenugreek or hops-suneli. But focus on your taste!

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Pour vegetable oil into the marinade. In principle, it can be any vegetable, but I advise you to avoid oils with a pronounced smell or taste, such as unrefined sunflower or olive. In general, I really like sesame oil in marinades.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add the crushed garlic clove. I put it through the press, but you can grate it on a fine grater or just chop it with a knife. If suddenly you did not have fresh garlic, garlic powder is also suitable.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mix all the ingredients well. You can store this marinade in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to 7 days, and just mix it before use. The time of marinating meat with such a marinade is 4-24 hours, and the time of marinating fish is 1-12 hours, the time of marinating vegetables is 1-3 hours. Also, such a marinade is suitable not only for shish kebab, but also for example for steak or chop.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

    Bon appetit!

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
