In this salad, I liked the bright combination of smoked chicken with exotic fruits, mango and avocado, which are perfectly set off by arugula and pine nuts. A great game of flavors! My family and I were thrilled. Really - like in an expensive restaurant!

Salad with mango, avocado and chicken is also good because smoked chicken, which not everyone can eat, can be easily replaced with baked, and even better - boiled. So the salad will turn out to be more dietary.

Of the ingredients that can be replaced, I would mention arugula. I really love this kind of salad for its unusual, insular taste, but among my friends there are those who categorically do not like this taste. If you belong to the same non-lovers of arugula, then replace it with ordinary salad leaves. The taste of the dish, of course, will change, but it will remain the same unusual due to the presence of exotic fruits.

Avocado for this salad, I advise you to choose a normal degree of ripeness, so that it is not too hard, but also not too soft. An unripe avocado will be tasteless, and with an over-ripe one, we risk getting mashed potatoes instead of slices, and this can spoil the appearance of the salad.
