    How to make a fruit salad dessert with mango and strawberries ? Prepare fruits, berries and lettuce leaves, namely: rinse thoroughly and let dry. You can take each ingredient in a different amount, it's a matter of taste and preference. I cooked from what I had at the moment and according to my taste. The only thing is that it is better to take ripe and juicy fruits and berries.

    The whole salad is prepared very quickly, but start with the dressing so that it has time to brew for a while. Rub the Italian herbs in a mortar. Add salad oil according to preference, a little fresh lemon juice and a spoonful of liquid honey, stir well. The greens can be changed to your liking, and fresh will do well. It is better to take the first—pressed oil, unrefined - it is more fragrant. I had salt in the composition of herbs, if there is no salt, add a pinch separately.

    Put lettuce leaves in a spacious salad bowl. Peel off the films and cut the grapefruit slices. Do not get too small, it is enough for 3-4 segments. If the fruit is juicy, do all the manipulations over the salad bowl to preserve all the juice, and it will wonderfully complement the dressing.

    Peel and slice the pear and mango pulp. It is better to cut pieces of fruit about the same size.

    Remove the stalk from the strawberry, and cut the berry into 4-6 pieces, depending on the size of the berry. Add blueberries. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix very gently.

    Serve immediately, while the lettuce leaves retain their juiciness and crunch. The salad immediately lets out a lot of juice and is completely unable to stand waiting for guests, keep this in mind. Therefore, you should cook exactly as many people as there will be. But I just love everything that remains on the bottom (and I always keep the last portion for myself)!
