1. We put the cottage cheese in a deep container, add sour cream, rub the mixture with a fork.
2. Put the raisins in a separate bowl, pour boiling water and let it swell for 10-15 minutes.
3. Lemon is washed in hot water and 1/4 of it (together with the zest) is grated or crushed with a blender, add sugar, mix.
4. Drain the water from the raisins and add it to the cottage cheese, spread the crushed lemon with sugar here.
5. Mix all the ingredients.
