Delicious cake, destined to become the most beloved in the house! Cottage cheese cake without baking is prepared very simply and all actions on it take no more than half an hour. If you don't find fresh blueberries, you can use frozen berries.

    Soak gelatin in water. Combine cream with sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. In a saucepan, heat the cream a little and mix them with the swollen gelatin until dissolved.

    Remove the base from the refrigerator and spread the cream on it, alternating blue and white.

    I covered the top of the cake with white chocolate ganache and decorated the cake with strawberries. For the ganache, I dissolved 100 grams of white chocolate in 100 ml of cream and sent it to cool in the refrigerator for a day, then whipped it with a mixer and spread it on a cake.
