Pineapple salad champignons grapefruit

Exotic, refreshing salad for lovers of light and healthy food! Who knows how to combine incompatible foods in food? I didn't find anything like this on English websites, as if they don't cook food with pineapples and mushrooms all over the world at the same time. But there is one country that is famous for its exquisite cuisine. This is France. I wouldn't be surprised if I find a recipe for ice cream with champignons on French websites, because these national mushrooms are present everywhere. And champignons with pineapple -it's unprecedented, of course they cook. They make a salad out of them fresh as morning. Which the French themselves call "music" - salad with mushrooms and pineapples.

It is better to prepare this salad in advance so that it will at least spend the night in the refrigerator. Cut the pineapples into small cubes and put them in a bowl together with a small amount of juice. We clean the grapefruits, divide them into slices, remove the skin from each slice and break it into several parts. Mix with pineapple slices. Cut the raw champignons into thin slices. And mix everything very well with pineapple juice. Raw champignons behave like sponges, they will gladly absorb the juice and become sweet.
Keep the salad at the very bottom of the refrigerator. Dry white wine goes very well with this salad.
