Vegan cake without eggs

Vegan cakes are not inferior to the usual ones! A wonderful dessert! I've heard about such cakes more than once, and finally I made them myself. I really liked it! The combination of dried fruits with chocolate-fruit puree turned out to be very successful.

    Put the mixture into a parchment-lined mold (Ø 18 cm), spread evenly over the bottom and tamp well.

    Pour water into the agar, stir, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for half a minute.
