So, let's start:

- we prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package, only I advise you to take less water than you should;
- we slowly introduce yogurt into the dissolved gelatin, stirring the mixture continuously. When the mass cools down, pour in powdered sugar, mix thoroughly;
- finely chop pre-washed apricots and strawberries;
- choose a deep bowl, put strawberries on the bottom, pour half of the yogurt mass on top and send it to the cold to solidify (for about 50-60 minutes);
- next, we form an apricot layer and pour the remaining yogurt mass over the fruit again;
- we send it to the refrigerator for an hour and a half;
- turn the finished jelly cake onto a flat dish of the desired diameter, and decorate the top with slices of thinly sliced kiwi. Do not forget to cut out the head and paws so that the cake "Turtle" corresponds to its name.

Treat the kids and eat by yourself! Bon appetit!
